Hello...I had Windows 7 Ultimate 32 byte. I am having a huge issue with being unable to install the ChartNet Client application. I have the instructions that were emailed to me from yesterday. My new employer's assistant worked with me this a.m. for several hours, trying any number of things so we could access the download app (chartnettech.com) but all I get is a white screen stating there is a "remote" internet problem. My IE is working perfectly - I have no problems accessing other websites. Can you assist me in this?
