JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: It is a HP laptop and runs Windows 8 and I restored the computer to earlier this month but it did nothing to fix the problem.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Only restoring it to an earlier time.
