Customer Question

lost connection with my WiFi (Linksys) about five days ago and can not reconnect to it. I have erased it after reading some matters on the Linksys web site but that has not helped me to reconnect as each time I try restoring it I get the message that it can not find the router.

I am the person that will be helping you today.

On a computer that is connected to the router, perform the steps below:
- Click the following link --->
Leave the username blank
The default password ***** admin
(if that does let you in, use admin for the username and admin for the password)
Now you can configure the router.

- Click the Wireless link (your network name is ***** *****)
- Click the Wireless security link (your wireless password ***** ***** here)

You may change the name of the wireless signal to your choice.
