I was asked to respond as to why want my deposit back. In short, I did not get advice tat resulted in resolving my keyboard malfunction. Therefore no satisfaction. I took my system to a computer store. There fee to look at it exceeded the cost of a replacement keyboard. I bought a new keyboard. That was my idea not the Just Answers. Dan is no doubt competent, but he did not solve the problem. Please release the deposit (not a month from now) or I'll file a complaint with Visa and cancel payment. I will also tell the world.about your satisfaction guaranteed fraud if you hold my money hostage.
Expert:  Dan replied 11 months ago.

Actually the last thing I indicated was I thought your keyboard may have failed? I will submit your request for a refund. Thank you for your patience.
