Are you there ?

Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 4 months ago.

I have been waiting for you since last 45 mins.

Customer: replied 4 months ago.

When you re-booted my computer I lost connectivity and because I was in safe mode I couldn't get to any of my apps to re-connect. I use a hotspot for my internet. I am back where I started as far as startup and feel fortunate to be back there. I know you tried but I don't think this is working.

Thanks, Jim

Ok . We rebooted with networking on in it. It should have allowed you to connect to internet. Did you get the same error while restarting in safe mode ?

Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 4 months ago.

you can very well revert that setting and allow your computer to open in normal mode . You just need to type msconfig in run command and uncheck safe mode checkbook which is under boot tab. I have given you screenshots of that as well in your original question.

Thanks for your help but I'm going to go with what I have now...

And still you would like to stick with negative rating for me ?
