I have messed up everything. I was trying to activate Showtime Anytime on my Roku. I was directed to sign in to my Time warner Cable account. Had to change my password. Still getting error code 111 for Showtime Anytime.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: I am getting error code 111 for activation of Showtime ANytime.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: No. Everything else is working except Showtime ANytime.

I do not understand what is going on. Why do I have to pay you for something that is supposed to be free. We have Showtime with Time Warner Cable. Showtime ANytime has never worked. This is not something new. BTW, I did not mess up anything. The rest of my ROKU works fine.
