JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Dell? And what operating system are you running?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried to re-enter recent passwords

Are you sure thats the email address? As I double checked the password ***** it is working from here.

If so, power off the computer then power it on and try the password *****

It must not have internet then, connect it via a network cable to the internet router, restart then try please.

ok, very strange, as the password ***** ***** we are only left with the option to reset the PC

This will remove all your data and return the computer to new, but this you cannot avoid, its the whole point of the password.

To do this, on the sign in screen, hold SHIFT and with it held, click on the power icon and click restart.

Keep shift held until it has restarted, and your at a menu.

Then choose troubleshoot, then reset my pc.

Choose the option to remove your files, then let this complete and the computer is returned to as new and you can set it up again.
