I have problems launching google chrome about 40% of the time... it seems I have to restart my computer in order to get it to work... I'm not computer knowledgeable but would like to solve this problem...

the problem started about May 2016... Explorer seems to work ok but I prefer Chrome... there are no error messages ... the swirly arrow starts then just disappears.

where / how do I uninstall/ reinstall Google Chrome Program?

Download and save google chrome at the website below, but do not open it.

http://www.chrome.com

Then click on Start -> Settings -> System -> Apps..., and remove the Google Chrome program there

, then open the downloaded chrome file to reinstall it and check.
