ouch if you are lucky you just removed it from the bios.

can you get back in to the setup bios and then check under the drive section

see if you maybe disabled one of the controllers or a drive

it is usually got to on toshibas by tapping the F2 repeatedly as soon as you turn it on. make sure that you leave it off for at least 30 seconds before turning it on

toshiba set up page comes on
Expert:  Robert M. replied 9 months ago.

yes in there somewhere it should show what controllers are connected to what drives

you need to make sure that all the drives and controllers are enabled

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I'm 82 and don't hav a clue

there is not all that much on the list

you can tell me the choices and i can tell you which one to pick or you can just look through all of them till you see things called controllers and / or disks

If you want to pay a little bit extra i can get you my phone number and we can do it together that way but i can't do it until tomorrow as i am leaving for the day

if the drive does show up on the list as enabled than you will have to restore the computer to factory defaults and reinstall the windows

power it off

hold the 0 button in and while it is held in push the power button to turn it on

you should get a recover menu and you can select recover to factory state.
