Customer Question

I have two/three google accounts; two to my email, and one that is not mine. The only one I can use now is the organisational account. However my android phone google apps apparently are not connected to this one.
How can I connect them?
How can I disable the old unused and unfunctional google accounts?

Hi, Follow these and once done I will speak you through setting up the account your Android device.

  1. Sign in to My Account. If you forgot your password, you can reset it.
  2. In the “Account preferences” section, select Delete your account or services.
  3. Choose Delete Google Account and data.
  4. Review what you’re deleting and check both boxes at the bottom of the page.
  5. Choose Delete Account.
