Purchased at Costco with american express card 12/11/13 Costco extends warranty out to 12/11/16 with the purchase on AMEX card
Issue: OS seems fine when it boots up into it. Once pc reboots a black screen occurs causing the pc not to boot. Screen seems to be in ok condition the problem arises from faulty bios or a bad main board causing the device to not wake up from sleep or restart without doing a hard reset every time, What can toshiba do to assist me?
