what is? The Restore?
ok, normally should have finished, but we need to give it time to complete as depending on the amount of data it can take some time, let me know if in 30 minutes nothing has yet completed please
What was the exact error it gave?
Can you get into windows at all on any account?
ok, do you have data on the computer you need to keep?
looks like the restore may actually have completed.
It is now functioning correctly?
ok, first copy your data off it asap, then restart the computer and tell me how it performs please
no problem, I just am concerned it may not start after reboot and we are back to this issue, so lets get the data off first.
How is it going Jeff?
ok, let me know the results please Jeff
