Customer Question

I'm using Windows 7. Update says I have some 35 updates. When I click "download", it says it's downloading updates. But it just sits at 0 kb total and 0% complete no matter how log I let it run. BTW, the greet keeps moving across the progress bar as usual.

Hello! Let's try running the Windows Update Troubleshooting and see what we can figure out.

You can download the Windows Update Troubleshooter here:

This file will attempt to identify and resolve issues with Windows Update automatically. If it fails, you'll be given an error code that will help us better isolate the problem. Please give this a try and let me know what happens!
