Did you completely restart the computer? And does it have internet at the moment? Meaning it is connected to internet.
A restart is normally only needed but try a complete shut down to be safe
No, as you cannot sign in so I cannot connect to it.
But it means you did not use your email for the password ***** a local account.
In this event you have to reinstall windows. You will lose your data so the only way around this would be to take the hard drive out of the computer, connect it to another computer and copy ver then data then put it back in. You can have a computer store do this for you or use this adapter
Then on the sign in screen you hold the LEFT shift key down and with it held down, click the power icon then restart.
Keep shift held down until it has restarted and your at a menu.
Choose troubleshoot, then reset my pc.
Then choose to wipe all data and windows is reinstalled and the computer will be as new.
But as it is using a local account, then you have to do this procedure.
it is for your microsoft account, but your computer does not use this, it uses a local account
