what is the make and model of the computer?

have you recently upgraded to windows 10?

I'm not on that device as I can't boot into windows 10.... it boots into alternating black and white screen so you can logon to it

Hold down the shift key on the keyboard and then power on the pc do not leave the shift key till it boots to windows.

that would serve not purpose as the screen flickers back and forth black to white that is all there is to it

you can check with the billing department we do not have access to customer info and billing.
