To start with, on the ambur app on your ipad. Log out, and then make sure you login with the correct details for the business / location you are at
With that b eing said, you may have to sign o ut and sign back into your hub for the location.. This should help

Did you try logging out and logging back in?
or changing the hub ?

The data will still be in the cloud, most likely youve signed into the wrong hub with your ipad.
