Windows should start loading files and then HP Recovery Manager should open.
Hp Recovery Manager should open shortly.
Under "I need help immediately"
select Microsoft System Restore.
When it opens, click Next and put a checkmark in the box labeled
Show More Restore Points.
Select a restore date when the machine was working and click Next.
Under I need help immediately select
Microsoft System Restore.
On the HP Recovery Manager screen,
under I Need Help Immediately
click Microsoft System Restore
