very frustrated, messages : " Juno has encountered a problem and needs to close. Double click the juno icon to re-connect to the internet.
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: last 6 hours, error code 17
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none, additional message, Juno Internet has stopped working. a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available

Are you using Juno Dial-Up, or Juno DSL?
