If it won't accept a different credit card, you probably have to register that credit card with it first.
Or, you have entered the information for the new credit card wrongly... some tips:
- enter INFORMATION E.G. YOUR ADDRESS, IN ALL-CAPS, LIKE THIS
since some banks store all your information in UPPER-CASE letters.
- be sure you have the address perfectly entered, and it is current and the same as the address on your bank statement.
- be sure the expiration date is stated correctly. That's necessary.
- and if need be, call the issuing bank or credit union, to see if the card (if it is new) is also activated for use.
