Hi there! That sounds like a real headache. My name is ***** ***** I'd like to help you try to thaw your computer out. :)

Can you explain exactly where it freezes? What do you see on the screen?

Also, what is the model of your ASUS?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
When I turn on the computer I get ASUS and then it freezes 2305

Are You There?
Expert:  Benjamin Larson replied 8 months ago.

I am - I was trying to find a 2305 model Asus, but I do not see one.

Do you have your data backed up? Also, have you tried turning it off for a minute and then turning it on?

Expert:  Benjamin Larson replied 8 months ago.

Also, what other devices do you have plugged into the computer? One common issue with Windows 10 upgrades freezing is driver issues (drivers are programs that let Windows talk to the different pieces of hardware on your computer).

I have other things unpluged. My computer is ASUS All-In-One Model ET23211. I have Acronis 2015 Back-up. Ihave turn off the computer and then turned it back on. I am not sure if the Acronis back is causing a problem
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Additional Information: I tried to recover my PC using Acronis backup and that is when I had my problem.

Okay, that makes this more interesting. :)

So you upgraded to Windows 10, then backed it up, then tried to restore? Or what order did you do things in? Is this Acronis True Image 2015?

Also, did you backup a full image, or files?
