Customer Question

Network printer setup
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: FThe idea to setup so I can print via multiple devices has been an issue for a while. Direct printing via PC there has been no issue now I'd like to look at network printin via my router
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Poked around almost everything but event though I can see the printer via the router I can't print. So I've got my head on backwards or something
JA: Have you tried "power cycling" your router -- unplugging it and letting it rest for about ten seconds?
Customer: Yeh sure, a number of times
JA: The computer expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: Nop
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Computer Technician about your situation and then connect you two.
