I have a pavilion 20 All in One. We had storms in our area last night. I tried to start the computer this morning, but it would not start up. The HP printer is working. I shut the machine at the surge protector and it still will not boot up.

Nothing. It try's to boot up for a few seconds then nothing. I tried to push button on side of monitor

Power it off and then hold the left SHIFT key

With it held, power on the computer and keep tapping F8 until you get to a menu.

Tell me if you can get to this menu please.
