I have just installed a new Netgear N300 modem router and incredimail will now not connect to with the message " Authorisation for account failed."
Optus believe it is a port/code incompatability the incredimail and the Netgear router. Netgear have asked for the incredimail port code to see if they can remedy the problem......I'm lost.........can you assist.
