Customer Question

I have an Acer Aspire one and would like to hook it up to my Canon Pixma printer. When I plugged the printer cable into the Acer my screen keeps going on/off - meaning it just flicks the screen to on then black. Will the printer work?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Acer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: D255
JA: Huh?
Customer: It says Acer Aspire one D255, 2 GB Memory, CPU Intel Atom N45
JA: Is there anything else the Computer Technician should be aware of?
Customer: Does that help?
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Computer Technician about your situation and then connect you two.
