Welcome to, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to assist you.

To get rid of this window, you need to right click the taskbar at the bottom of your screen in an empty space.

Then, click properties, then click customize for the notification area.. Then, find the windows 10 update notificaton, and change it to dont show any notifications.

If youd like, I can quickly connect to your computer and make sure that the update doesnt show any more.

it doesn't work.

It doesnt work, or you werent able to find the update notification area?

Also, maybe we should reconsider the remote support connection, I can send it at a lower value so we can work on this issue and solve it on screen.
