Good morning,
My name is***** we run a Telstra/NBN Company and have major problems with our Bigpond system. We run 2 systems, one from our IPAD which my husband takes with him to send and receive emails and this then duplicates and comes through on the main computer at home.
We keep receiving the following message: BIGPOND MEMBER/TELSTRA
YOUR MAIL QUOTA IS FULL (due to over 10,000 messages) I have set up Archives for each month Last Year & up to April this year, as we have to refer back to Dial Before you Dig quotes & emails from Visionstream.
I have deleted ALL OF 2014 out of frustration (from the main computer) to try and eliminate this message, but it continues to come up. There is no ARCHIVE FILES on the IPAD. Currently there is only 102 items showing in my INBOX.
Please can you help me.

Still not working, I am now in the "My connect" page and 410 messages are coming up, BUT it won't let me delete them even by trying to do them individually. What is going on.

As I said, it comes up on the "My Connect Page" lists the emails, but it won't let me delete them.
