I have an altigen phone utilizing sip trunks and dsl. For some reason, a call will come through and seems to get "stuck" tying up all my lines. When try to pick up the call, there's nobody there. My tech doesn't seem to know what's going on, and we're ultimately switching SIP and DSL providers. I'm hoping that there is a quick fix that he may be overlooking. H

Troubleshooting a problem with these AlgiGen phones can be very difficult.

If your physical network is ok then it is likely a problem with the admin programming or software.

Ensure you have the latest version of the AltiGen software installed - many issues are caused by using out of date software.
