I've tried to download Adobe Flash player on my computer, but when I get to the user name/password ***** it does not accept my password. I have changed the password, but it still doesn't accept the new password.

Are you trying to do this on a Mac computer?

If so, the password *****'s asking for is either your logon password ***** the root password.

Martin, I was able to get in and download it, but when I try signing documents, it tells me that I only have Adobe 10, and that I need to upgrade. But when I tried to do that, I'm back in the same loop.
