i recently had a displaytacted telling me thT MY wINDOWS 7 was not genuine. I then contacted microsoft abbout the issue. They tried for over an hour to repair the problem, but then i was informed that since it was a factory installation they could not repair it. I was advised to contact your company for a resolution.

Hi Stan. Are you having an issue running the Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client file?

It's likely in your Downloads folder. Click the start button and in the search area type: downloads

open the Downloads folder and look for Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client

Right-click on the file and open/run it.
