, then there, select the option "I don't know my password", then enter the email address as shown on the HP Chromebook, if any, then click on Continue and follow the instructions there in order to reset the password, and check.

On the sign-in screen, hold down at the same time the 4 keys: Ctrl + Alt + Shift + R.
