Hi Frank! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with Chrome. Generally, I'd recommend reinstalling Chrome as the first step.
If you're comfortable doing so, let's uninstall Chrome from your computer and then re-download/reinstall it from here: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html
If you do not feel comfortable performing the tasks yourself, please let me know as we do offer a service whereby I can connect to your PC and perform the work over the internet.
