Is the light on the monitor green or orange?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
It is an all in one pc. The only light is the power light. The keyboard lights up green then goes off. It appears the computer is on but no display.

Did you know the monitor was not separate?
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Are you still there?
Expert:  Cody replied 10 months ago.

ok, all in one

when you turn it on first, does it have a splash screen saying Lenovo?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
No. Nothing
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Nothing for display but it sounds like it does when running normal
Expert:  Cody replied 10 months ago.

sounds like a hardware issue, but wouldn't know for sure unless you have an extra monitor to plug into it or even a cable to hook up to a tv

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Cody, it has no output for another monitor. You do not seem familiar with this model.
