I have a Dell computer Inspiron 1750 with Windows 7 Home

Customer Question

I have a Dell computer Inspiron 1750 with Windows 7 Home Premium, 4.00 GB RAM, 64-bit operating system. There is not enough memory to update to Windows 10, so I have stayed with Windows 7. I cannot seem to update Windows, either automatically or manually. The "Fix Problems with Window Update" did not find any problems. Please advise me how to proceed. Thank you. Laura

Hello Laura, and thank you for choosing

Windows 10, needs to DOWNLOAD to your computer, and i do believe that your running out of HARD DRIVE SPACE.

You need to delete files from your C:/ Drive, and free up about 10GB of space to be able to UPGRADE to Win10

You may want to uninstall the KB3035583 update and then reinstall it through the Windows Update. Then check for the issue has been solved or persists?

Your computer also needs to meet the System Requirements for Windows 10, as this may also give a LOW MEMORY issue, as a glitch.

  • Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor or SoC
