Hello ???
Expert:  Cody replied 10 months ago.
Your hard drive appears to have gone bad.
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
what do I do ??
Expert:  Cody replied 10 months ago.
You would need to replace the hard drive. If it's out of warranty you can look on Amazon or Ebay for a replacement, then you would need to install an operating system to be able to get it back up and running.
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Well I guess that doesn't help me much , I'll have to call my service person .
