Can not get the bottom part of the bezel loose from the laptop.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your laptop, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Acer Aspire 6920 running Windows Vista
JA: Tell me a bit more about what's going on so he can help you best.
Customer: I have all the screws removed from the screen bezel and have 3/4's of the bezel removed from the laptop but I can't get the bottom of the bezel loose from the hinges.
JA: Is there anything else the Computer Technician should be aware of?
