I have a Lenovo Yoga 2 11 with Winows 8. Have not been able

Customer Question

I have a Lenovo Yoga 2 11 with Winows 8. Have not been able to get internet connection last two days. Out of clear blue. Never happened before. Computer is about two years old (?). I was traveling when this began. Now home, with my own home WiFi, but have "No conections are available" signal when I click on connection button. I am sending this message on another household laptop.

When trying to connect you see the wireless network name? Then have an option to "forget".. click forget on that. Then try to connect to it again.

Nothing happens. I waited, went back to desk top - no change. Tried to open browser and get "You're not connected to a network" messge.

When you click on wifi logo it shows you the wireless network, then you click to connect and nothing happens? Can you take a picture with phone and attach it here?

I can't do that.

On the "youre not connected page" it suggests to make sure your wireless switch is turned on. Do I have a "wireless switch?"
Expert:  Cody replied 6 months ago.
maybe, press F7 to see if you have Airplan Mode one.
