If you have used any of the benefits you will not get a refund but it will not auto renew.if you have not used it than you will receive a full refund if you want a refund anyway what you would have to do is call the phone number on the back of the credit card that you used and dispute the charges the credit card company will put the money back in your account and take it back from amazon and probably issue you a new credit card so that they cant charge you again.
