I bought an all-in-one desk top computer from my local Staples last Friday -- I'm still not able to complete set up. I am missing the 25 digit code/key that my "fixer" needs to complete the process. I have been to Microsoft, Staples -- and now they have sent me to YOU --- Please help!! I'm an 84 year-old senior who just wishes to publish his "Memoirs" -- I can't trust this machine with any of my personal data until it is functioning properly.
