Customer Question

I had a business with a partner we split up and I still have the location. But she went on line and put permanently closed on our old Google account. I still have the same address but when customers Google A1 Vapor it comes up on the old page so customers think we are closed. Can the old Google page be taken down?

The company hosting your website can implement a redirect from the old website to the new website without the user noticing.

From the login screen click the (Having trouble?) link. It will start the process to reset your password. After you complete the password ***** you should regain control of your page.
Expert:  Donovan Fontenot replied 10 months ago.
The link is located underneath the password *****
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
She used her email account and I don't know it
Expert:  Donovan Fontenot replied 10 months ago.
After following the (Having trouble?) link, search for your account by the username. Once you find your account, you will be asked if you still have access to the Email used to setup the account. There is another link beneath the original Email (I do not have access to these) follow this link and reset the Email.

Sorry the only other thing you can try is prove the partnership to Facebook and try to gain access to the account.
