We have a ThinkCenter PC that We share Files under separate sign in names. Beginning yesterday AM my sign-in required a password. I have been on "chat" with Frontier for two hours, with three different people, giving me three passwords which didn't work. Finally, the last tech stated the password ***** for the internet, it was to just open up the computer. Can you help or do I need to go to the people who set the computer up for us?
