I have a Brother HL2240D laser printer, and if I try to print

Customer Question

I have a Brother HL2240D laser printer, and if I try to print at HQ1200 I get an error code stating: "There is not enough memory for your document to print at HQ1200/600 dpi." Where do I go to change the driver settings?

Hi, Where are you printing from?
Customer: replied 7 months ago.

Printing from Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, using laptop

If you try and print to that printer using a different program such as Word-- does it print?
Customer: replied 7 months ago.

MS Word, Excel, and photo viewer all work on HQ1200. Apparently the error message only occurs with Adobe 9 Pro

Has it ever worked?
