It's referring to RAM. If you go to start menu --> right click computer --> properties --> in the middle somewhere will list how much RAM you have installed. It's recommended to have at least 4 GB ram for a minimum. You can also increase the paging file size on your computer which uses part of the hard drive for RAM.
