You need to reconnect the printer to your computer via the usb cable.
Uninstall all the epson software on your computer.
Reinstall it using the disc that came with your printer, or download HERE).
As part of the re-setup process, you will configure the printer (via the computer software) to talk to your new wifi network, which will get it back online.
