I appreciate your attempt to help and it's not working. Please refund my money and unsubscribe me from the service.

Can you try this please :

  1. Go into Settings, click on Apps > All >Dialer (or Phone) scroll down and select Clear Defaults.
  2. Go back into the contacts app, and select a Contact to call. It should ask you which app you want to use. Select Go Dialer and select to always use that by default.

I can't find that anywhere within Settings. I have a Galaxy note 5 with marshmallow OS
Expert:  Mr.Med replied 11 months ago.

Tap the Settings menu from the application Drawer There will be an option Application from there tap Manage Applications. Select the All Applications Tab. Swipe around until you find Skype Tap Skype then tap Clear Defaults

If that does not work either, Please uninstall Skype, restart your phone then reinstall it.

I'm not sure what phone you're looking at and there is no Manage Applications button let alone an All Applications tab in my instrument. I've tried every possible location to find it.
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing has changed.

Didn't help. No All tab let alone a clear cache button. Again, thank you for your attempts but this is not getting me anywhere. Please refund my money and unsubscribe me from the service.

I uninstalled and reinstalled again and same results. I'm going to have to go to my Sprint corporate store and have a tech look at it. Please refund my money and unsubscribe me from the service. Thank you for trying to resolve this and it's just not working. Not your fault and the issue is unresolved.
