Try to run windows with minimum software's running at the background so that we can identify which software is causing the problem.
Try to run windows updates as well.
Try to disable trend micro or you my remove it for the time being and install windows defender and then we can observe and see if its still freezing.

can you tell me you had windows 7 32bit or 64bit earlier and what windows 10 you have right now. Its quite possible that TM was on 32 bit windows and now it must be on 64bit windows 10 which can be the reason it freezes windows 10.
