I HAVE A SONY VAIO L-SERIES ALL IN ONE COMPUTER, MODEL # ***** A1112L AND SKU NUMBER(###) ###-####AND IT WILL NOT BOOT UP WIN 7. I GET A MESSAGE "NO OPERATING SYSTEM"
IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT I BUY A NEW MEDIA RECOVERY MEDIA FROM SONY.
ENCOMPASS COULD NOT FIND THE RIGHT COMPUTER BECAUSE IT IS OVER 5 YEARS OLD.
DO YOU KNOW THE MEDIA RECOVERY MEDIA I NEED?

Richard, it may not be a matter of recovery media, we can test that, but it sounds like it could be a harddrive failure causing this.

That would be considered recovery Media. But I'm not sure that is your problem.
