Windows 10 icon on lower left is. Turns blue when cursor is

Customer Question

Windows 10 icon on lower left is white. Turns blue when cursor is on it but nothing happens. Have tried keyboard Windows icon and "P" but nothing happens. Firefox, and a few other things, are on desktop so I can contact you. Windows 10 was working just fine; what can I do to restore it?

You need to run the program by saving the support-logmein file and then running it by clicking on it.
