Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

What's your internet browser application, such as Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

- If you have a Windows computer, in your Internet Explorer program, click on the gear / wheel icon at the upper right corner, then click on Internet Options, then there, delete everything in the Home page box, then type aol.com then click OK

; or you can open Control Panel, then open Network and Internet / Internet Options, then delete everything in the Home page box, then type aol.com then click OK

, then close Internet Explorer program, then re-open it and check.

- If you have a Mac computer, then in Safari application, click on the Safari menu at the top, then click on Preferences, then click on General tab at the top, then delete everything in the Homepage box, then type aol.com then close, then quit Safari application, then re-open it and check.

When you are available, please reply at the box below to continue. Thank you.
