Last week my TV was running very slow when I changed

Customer Question

Last week my TV was running very slow when I changed channels etc. so I did what the book said, unplugged it from the wall & it immediately made a difference. Now I find the
screen is too small for the pictures I get. It cuts off peoples heads & can't always read the
sports scores if they are shown at the bottom of the screen. Also can't read all the lettering
& the box on the left is impossible to read. I have gone to Settings & it is on the smallest
setting available. Everything is still too large for my screen. Everything was fine until I had
to make adjustments because it was too slow on making changes.
Can you please help me figure this out?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

What is the make/model of the tv?
How do you get your channels (cable/satellite box, antenna, etc)?
