Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

What's your internet browser program, such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.?

If you have a Windows computer, please try:

  1. Close all windows / programs for now.
  2. Press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard
    , then type inetcpl.cpl then click OK, then the Internet Options window will open.
  3. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  4. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  5. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  6. Click on Close.
  7. Then open Internet, and check.

- If you have a Mac computer, please try:

  1. Force quit the Safari application by clicking on the Apple logo / menu, then click on the option Force Quit (or press at the same time the 3 keys Command-Option-Esc on the keyboard)
    , then select the item Safari, then click on Force Quit button at the bottom, then click on Force Quit to confirm.
    ; (if needed, shut down / restart the computer)
  2. Then press and keep holding the Shift key on the keyboard, and open Safari application
    ; once Safari application is open, then release the Shift key.
  3. Then check Internet.
